Today, after center time, we had some fun EMOJI stories shared in class. It was fun trying to guess what the story was and then hear it from the authors. Here are a couple from this morning:



In gym, we learned how to shoot our balls into the hoops by using the skills we have been learning in the previous classes. We also dribbled while pivoting and tried dribbling then passing the ball under our legs.


Then in math we continued on with our pattern centers.

For Social Studies, we were busy creating our good copies of prairie poems and then working away at our prairie paintings. We learned how to add details with the skinny paint brushes. Some of us were able to complete all three paintings for our prairie poem books. This meant that we got to move onto creating prairie stories.
