- Math: we measured the heights of each member in our Inuksuk Challenge groups to find the height of the tallest and shortest person. Then we sketched out a first draft plan of our Inuksuk. Next we will have to figure out the sizes of each rock we will use to fit within the parameters of the challenge.
- Social Studies: we continued on our research of the Arctic and worked on our suitcases.
- Word Work: while grade 1s independently worked on their "ack" family words, the grade 2s learned about nouns and adjectives by creating webs with nouns in the center and adjectives that surrounded it.
- Gym: we continued creating our dance routines with stops/steps and clap patterns. We will be presenting them on Thursday.
