- Social Studies: We worked on our Arctic Artifacts poster from the information we got on Friday and from Ceader's presentation. Here is an example from class:
- Word Word: Grade 1s learned about the "ot- word" family and the grade 2s learned about verbs and adverbs!
- Gym: we started parachute games - today we made waves, played "shark" and mushroom!
- Science: we worked on our Arctic Buddy Challenge - we have to create a waterproof insulator for our "Arctic Buddy" (a water bottle). Today we got to conference with Mrs. Yoon about our designs and add details or make revisions. Tomorrow we hope to begin creating our designs.

3. Save the Date: Tuesday, April 23, 2019 – the Calgary Police Services will be presenting an online safety information evening for parents at our school at 6:15 pm.
4. An important document regarding Next Year's Planning is being sent home to students who are the youngest sibling in their family - this needs to be completed and returned by Monday, April 15, 2019
