Sketching

Today was our second day of sketching. We learned about perspective. We learned that if you draw things smaller they look like they are further away and if you draw them bigger they look closer. We also learned how to overlap drawings so that they look like one is in front of the other. We also learned about using shading to show where the light is coming from in our pictures. We learned to use lighter shading on the side where the sun is, and to use darker shading on the side where there is a shadow.
